We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to return your order, you'll find everything you need to know below.

Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

• The product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
• The product has not been worn, washed, or altered.
• The original hygiene seals (such as the plastic ties on the hair bundles) remain intact.
• The product is not a custom-made item.

Returning Your Order

1. Notify us of your return through your account, by emailing info@mibellahair.com, via our EU Withdrawal Form, or through any other clear communication method.
2. We will send you a return label within a few days.
3. Print the return label.
4. Return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
5. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is the result of an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days using your original payment method.

Any additional costs paid for a shipping method other than our standard delivery option are non-refundable.
