We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your order, below you’ll find all the details about our return process.

Return Conditions

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

• The product is in its original condition and packaging.
• The product is unworn and unwashed.
• Customized products cannot be returned.
• The original hygiene seals (such as the plastic ties on the hair bundles) must be intact.

How do you return?

1. Register your return through your account or send an e-mail to info@mibellahair.com.
2. You will receive a returnlabel from us within a few days.
3. Download and print the returnlabel.
4. Return the product within 30 days of receiving your order.
5. You will receive confirmation once we have processed your return.

Costs

Returns are at your own expense unless it is an error on our part. 

Refunds

For an accepted return, you will receive a refund within 14 days after we receive the returned product. Additional costs for a more expensive shipping method will not be reimbursed.
