Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping costs.

We ship all orders via PostNL as standard, using registered and insured shipping for maximum safety and traceability.

For international orders, UPS Express is also available as an optional upgrade at checkout (not available for the Netherlands and Belgium).

Orders over €300 qualify for free worldwide shipping via standard PostNL.

Delivery Times

PostNL (standard shipping):

Netherlands & Belgium
– In stock: ordered on a business day before 22:00 → delivered the next day
– Weekend: ordered before 17:00 → delivered on Monday
– Out of stock: delivery within 7–9 days

Europe
– In stock: 3–7 business days
– Out of stock: 2–3 weeks

Rest of the world
– In stock: 3–5 business days
– Out of stock: 3–4 weeks

UPS Express (international – not available for NL & BE):

Europe
– In stock: 1–2 business days
– Out of stock: approx. 2 weeks

Rest of the world
– In stock: 3–5 business days
– Out of stock: approx. 2 weeks

You can check whether a product is in stock directly above the order button on the product page. In-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Shipping Costs

Orders over €300 qualify for free standard shipping worldwide via PostNL.

For orders under €300, the following standard shipping rates apply:
– Netherlands: €10 per shipment
– Belgium: €15 per shipment
– International: from €30, depending on the destination

Need faster delivery outside the Netherlands and Belgium? Choose UPS Express at checkout (optional upgrade). The rates for UPS Express are:
– Europe: €35
– Rest of the world: €50

Track & Trace

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Always check the condition of the package upon delivery. In case of damage or loss, please report it to us so we can work together on a suitable solution.

International Taxes and Duties

For international orders, additional charges such as import duties or local taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
