Production time
You can check whether an item is in stock above the order button. Out-of-stock items have a production time of approx. 7 days, followed by the shipping time above.
Return Conditions
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all hygiene seals (such as bundle ties) intact. Custom-made products cannot be returned.
Returns are at your own expense unless we made a mistake. In that case, you’ll receive a free return label.

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded within 14 days after we receive the item.
Shipping upgrades such as UPS Express are non-refundable.
